1. Standard Services

The Service Provider will perform routine residential/Office cleaning, including such things as dusting, sweeping/vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen surface cleaning, and general tidying of accessible areas, including any add on services agree upon.

2. Condition of Home/Office

Pricing is based on the home/office being in normal, livable condition. If the home/office has excessive dirt, clutter, trash, grime buildup, biohazards, pests, or unsafe conditions, the Service Provider may:

• Charge an additional fee,

• Limit the work to what can reasonably be completed, or

• Refuse or discontinue service at their sole discretion.

3. Right to Refuse Service

Service may be refused or stopped if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or significantly beyond normal cleaning. A trip or cancellation fee may apply.

4. Pricing & Payment

Payment is due at time of service.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide safe access, secure pets/valuables, and give accurate information about the home’s condition.

6. Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, unstable items, or issues caused by excessive clutter or unsafe conditions.
